As a part of the AYUSA World Leaders summer 2010 program, you will be required to maintain a blog. The theme of the blog will be introduced to you in the classroom and from there you will be able to use this page to access the blog.

Why will we be required to post on a blog?

In this busy world there are always so many different things going on that it’s important to slow down every now and then to examine the world around you. Ask yourself once a week, is my life actively reflecting my values and beliefs? This blog is a great opportunity for you to record your experience of this unique program and to use it as a tool beyond the end of the program to:

• Stay in touch with the friends you have made
• Keep track of how you are using the lessons you learned in your home community
• Share questions or ideas with your peers about global leadership
• Send AYUSA World Leaders’ staff ideas about how to improve the program
• Record yourself learning and changing
• In the end, though … it’s up to you to make it something important!
