AYUSA Global Youth Exchange (www.ayusa.org) is a nonprofit organization and was founded in 1980. AYUSA programs are sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and provide exchange opportunities to students from around the world with the aim of empowering, inspiring and preparing students to work toward understanding and respecting global cultures to create a peaceful international community.

The purpose of AYUSA is to build bridges of cultural understanding among the world’s most promising youth.
